ENZYMES
For chillproofing beer, Profix 100L eliminates chill haze and improves shelf life. Profix 100L is a purified papain extract from the fruit of Carica papaya.
Ideally suited to adjunct beers, such as beers made with wheat or rice. Significantly improves run off rate and sugar extraction. Promalt 163 is an enzyme complex from B. subtilis containing  -amylase,  -glucanase and protease activities.
Amylo 300 is used to increase the availability of sugars in the fermentation. It allows for the production of high alcohol beers and can also produce low carbohydrate diabetic beer with increased alcohol strength. Amylo 300 is an amyloglucosidease preparation produced from Aspergillus niger.
FINING AGENTS
Improves beer clarification by accelerating sedimentation of yeast and other suspended material. Biofine P19 improves beer stabilization and prolongs shelf life. It increases the filtration rate of final beer and assists in overall process optimization. Biofine P19 is a purified, standardised, readily soluble isinglass finings which can be supplied as a powder or liquid product.
Whirlfloc T clarifies worts and improves wort sedimentaion which leads to a cleaner and more efficient fermentation. This product is a blend of pure carrageenan and available in powder or tablet form.

For the measurement of 1,3:1,4-D-glucan in cereal grains, milling fractions, wort and beer.
Azo-Barley Glucan Substrate
For the specific measurement of -amylase in cereal grains and fermentation broths (fungal and bacterial). Containing HR assay reagent.
For the measurement of -amylase in cereal flours and malts.
For the assay of cereal and microbial -amylases. (Containing AZCL-Amylose). Recommended substrate for the assay of -amylase in weather-damaged cereal grains.
For the assay of limit-dextrinase and pullulanase. (Containing AZCL-Pullulan).

Protease test tablets. (Containing dyed, crosslinked casein).
A highly sensitive, soluble substrate for the assay of endo-protease activity. This substrate has approximately a 5-fold greater sensitivity than similar products supplied by other companies.
