ENZYMES

Papain 100
For chillproofing beer, Papain 100 eliminates chill haze and improves shelf life. Papain 100 is a purified papain extract from the fruit of Carica papaya.

Deltamalt
Ideally suited to adjunct beers, such as beers made with wheat or rice. Significantly improves run off rate and sugar extraction. Deltamalt is an enzyme complex from B. subtilis containing -amylase, -glucanase and protease activities.

Deltazyme AMG
Deltazyme AMG is used to increase the availability of sugars in the fermentation. It allows for the production of high alcohol beers and can also produce low carbohydrate diabetic beer with increased alcohol strength. Deltazyme AMG is an amyloglucosidease preparation produced from Aspergillus niger.

FINING AGENTS

Deltafine
Improves beer clarification by accelerating sedimentation of yeast and other suspended material. Deltafine improves beer stabilization and prolongs shelf life. It increases the filtration rate of final beer and assists in overall process optimization. Deltafine is a purified, standardised, readily soluble isinglass finings which can be supplied as a powder or liquid product.

Deltafloc T
Deltafloc T clarifies worts and improves wort sedimentaion which leads to a cleaner and more efficient fermentation. This product is a blend of pure carrageenan and available in powder or tablet form.
